Cancellation & return policy
The consumer has 14 calendar days to return the product he bought, if the products are not the ones ordered and if they have a manufacturing defect, and to request a replacement or refund provided that they are in the their original condition, properly maintained while retaining their label, have not been opened and have not been printed. The products must be returned to our store within 15 days of receipt. The return cost of all shipping (both order and delivery) is borne by the customer.
Defective products will be replaced or we will compensate you with the value of the defective ones. The customer is not charged with any cost other than return shipping costs. Products that are returned incomplete or damaged, or damaged or soiled by the Customer will not be accepted.
In case of compensation the money is returned to the bank account of the customer where the deposit was made.
Refund is made when the product is returned and received by our company in 3-5 working days.
Upon receipt of your order, you must verify that the products match your order.
If deficiencies-errors are found, you must confirm it to us via email at email@example.com on the same day or at the latest one business day after receiving your order.
